How to fix your Controller input:
1. Change fakeappid to Brawlhalla - 291550
2. Add Brawlhalla to your Steam Library
3. Download this custom Bleach Controller Input VDF file:
https://pixeldrain.com/u/TK3Y2UqR
4. Copy the VDF file to your Steam location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\controller_base\templates
5. Launch the game, Press Shift + Tab, Enable Steam Controller Input
6. In the Templates tab, choose:
"Bleach Rebirth Of Souls Xbox360 input"
7. Add this layout. Your controller should now work.

Note: You might need to restart the game a couple of times the first time.
After that, it should work consistently.

Password: `online-fix.top`

What do you mean?

If it's matchmaking but not finding anyone is because not many people are using Brawlhalla servers to play this game just yet. The more people switch their FakeAppId to 291550 (Brawlhalla) the easier it will be to matchmake.

Give it a couple of days and more people will be using this.

Can't even invite a friend btw and i didn't try this controller fix yet because it just came up today. I got my game from fitgirl. Do i have to redownload it here for the online to work? I think my earlier comments got removed for some reason lol

As far as I'm aware you'll both need the following:
1. Same version of the game. Easiest too get it from here
2. Online-fix files and Steam running in the background
3. Both need to have the same FakeAppId, default is 480 (SpaceWar) but for the controller to work use 291550 (Brawlhalla)
4. You'll need to add Brawlhalla in your Steam Library. Don't need to download it.

This should work now. To get the controller working follow my previous comment.

I play these online fix games a lot with this friend so we both had steam running and both downloaded the same fitgirl version of the game. For AppId we didn't change anyhting so we had the default. Is it working for you?

I recommend to update to the latest version available here. There were a lot of issues with connection online with the first few builds. You probably got an early version from FitGirlRepack. I can confirm the latest build here works

It says that the files are corrupted (wrong password even tho I put online-fix.top and that most files worked when I extracted it), am I doing something wrong ? It always worked for me before

thanks man, it worked for me but i still having a problem with local coop, my keyboard and controller work only on player 1, i tried x360ce but when i config the controller for player 2 then my controller start controlling both player1 and player2. Can you help me somehow?

I use PS4 controllers with DS4 Windows and I have to tick “Hide DS4 controller” in settings for both to work properly.

Not sure what you have to do if both are Xbox controllers

Does anyone know if it's possible to play with one person on the keyboard and the other on the controller? I tried but the player was only moved by the controller and the keyboard and player 2 was a bot.

Насколько я понял, это происходит потому, что кнопка для подключения второго игрока также привязана к кнопке обучения в игре. Это вызывает конфликт, из-за чего второй игрок не активируется. Я бы хотел изменить управление, но не могу сделать это через настройки самой игры. Поэтому, похоже, ничего не поделаешь, разве что кто-то создаст мод или что-то подобное, насколько я понял.
